What employees and managers can do on Android and iPhone: face check-in (online or offline), leave and requests, payslips, tax, expenses, approvals and the team — and the settings that matter.

For employees

  • Attendance: check in and out with a live selfie; the app works without a signal and sends the punch later. See your records, raise a regularisation (the day’s times fill in), and see who is in.
  • Leave and requests: balances, apply, cancel, the leave calendar and holidays, work from home, outstation and partial days.
  • Pay and tax: payslips (masked until you reveal them), the income tax statement, and tax declarations and proofs.
  • Expenses: claim with a photo of the receipt.
  • Workplace: inbox, feed and announcements, documents, directory and org chart, tasks, helpdesk, growth and one-to-ones.
  • My Onboarding: new joiners complete their details and statutory forms on the phone.

For managers

  • Approve leave and requests from the Approvals screen.
  • See the team, who is in today, team onboarding, and apply on an employee’s behalf where the workspace allows.

Settings and security

  • Appearance: light, dark or automatic.
  • Screen rotation: the app stays upright unless you turn on *Allow screen rotation* in your account menu.
  • Signed-in devices: see and end your sessions, and pair a smartwatch.
  • Your employer decides which screens appear, from the web console; a screen your plan or role does not include is not shown.
  • Offline punches are encrypted on the phone and removed once sent, and never kept for more than 72 hours.
