Pairing
- Open WebHR on the watch and tap Pair: it shows a QR code and an eight-character code.
- On the phone, open the WebHR app, tap your picture, then Signed-in devices → Pair, and scan the code (or type it).
- The watch collects its own session and opens. It talks to WebHR directly, so it works on Wi-Fi or LTE without the phone nearby.
What the watch shows
- Today: whether you are checked in and the hours worked so far.
- Leave balance, items waiting in your inbox, your to-dos and the next holidays.
- On Wear OS, a Tile shows today at a glance. Offline, the watch shows today’s status as last loaded, with the time.
For admins
- The watch is part of the Smartwatch App add-on or a plan that includes it; Watch App Access decides whether watches may pair.
- Watch surfaces choose which items a watch may show; surfaces marked *Coming* are not drawn by any watch yet.
- The kill switch signs every watch in the workspace out at once.
- When a watch is signed out it says why — unpaired, signed out by an administrator, sign-in expired, or password changed.
- Unpairing from the watch ends its session on the server too; if the watch is offline, remove it from the phone’s Signed-in devices.
