Expenses, reimbursements, loans and benefits

Claiming an expense with a receipt, approvals, reimbursement through payroll, salary advances and loans, and benefit plans.

Expenses

  • Employees claim from Finance → Expenses or the mobile app, photographing the receipt with the phone camera.
  • Managers approve; finance pays approved claims through payroll or separately, and the Reimbursement Payslip shows what was paid.

Loans, advances and benefits

  • Loans & Advances (My Account): employees request, HR approves, and the instalments are recovered through payroll. Keep total deductions within the Code on Wages’ 50% limit.
  • Benefits: benefit plans and enrolment, and each employee’s own benefits.
