The monthly run

  • Finance → Salary Structures: components, how each is calculated, and which ones count for PF and ESI.
  • Finance → Process Payroll: a dry run to compare, the run, then approval, which locks the month. Attendance, leave, salary revisions, loans and reimbursements flow in.
  • Payslips: sent by email when ready, digitally signed, and available on the web and the mobile app — where the amount stays masked until the employee reveals it.
  • Bank advice: the salary file in your bank’s layout; salaries are marked paid from the bank’s response file.

Watch out

The PF wage ceiling follows the law by wage month: ₹15,000 to August 2026, ₹25,000 from October, and September 2026 split by days (₹15,000 for the 1st–16th, ₹25,000 from the 17th) as the EPFO FAQ works it. A policy saved at either statutory figure moves with the law; any other figure you enter is kept as your own. Professional tax in Odisha stops from April 2026 salaries without any change on your side.
