For HR

  • Employee records (Master Data → Employees): personal, job, bank, statutory and salary details, with a history of changes. Sensitive fields are encrypted and every read is logged.
  • Onboarding (HR Operations → Onboarding, Onboarding Documents): joiners complete their own details, documents and statutory forms; HR reviews and accepts them.
  • Lifecycle (HR Operations → Lifecycle): confirmations, transfers, promotions and other changes, dated so payroll picks them up.
  • Contracts and templates (HR Operations → Contracts, Document Templates): appointment letters and other letters from your templates.
  • Exits (HR Operations → Exit Management): resignation to last working day, then the final settlement.
  • Requisitions (HR Operations → Daily Operations): managers raise headcount requests; HR approves them.
  • Assets: what each employee holds, returned on exit.

For managers and employees

  • Everyone sees their own profile and can request changes that HR approves.
  • Managers see their team, their team’s attendance and leave, and act on requests from their inbox.
  • The People directory and Org Chart show who is who; the Documents area holds policies and each person’s own documents.
  • All of this is on the mobile app too.
